Leak Detector LD 500/510

Leak detector with cameraindicates leakage rate in [l/min or cfm] and costs in country currency [ e.g., $/Year]

The LD 500 leak detector functions by identifying the ultrasound waves produced by leaks in compressed air, steam, gas, and vacuum systems, as well as partial discharges in insulators, transformers, switchgear, and high-voltage lines (also known as the corona effect). The ultrasonic sound, which is beyond the hearing capability of humans, is intensified and transformed into an audible frequency by the LD 500. This feature lets you pinpoint the exact location of the compressed air leak (the source of ultrasound) using headphones and a camera image, even when operating in a noisy setting.

Due to the integrated camera and the available accessories our starter kit for leak detection enables reliable leak detection as well as compressed air leakage calculation and reporting according to ISO 50001.
