FA 510/515 – Dew Point Sensor for Adsorption Dryers

Dew point sensor FA 510/515 from -80 to 20°Ctd

The new generation of dew point sensors not only retains the standard 4…20 mA analogue output but also introduces a digital RS 485 interface (Modbus-RTU). All measured and calculated values like dew point, temperature, absolute humidity, and so on can be accessed through the Modbus protocol.

Compared to their predecessors, these sensors have undergone significant enhancements in sensor technology and evaluation electronics, particularly with regard to integrated temperature compensation. This translates to heightened accuracy across varying ambient temperatures and improved sensor signal resolution. Maintaining the high standards of the earlier models, the new dew point sensors demonstrate exceptional long-term stability and provide reliable measurements. The sensor element is resistant to condensation, and a serialized sintered cap made of stainless-steel safeguards it from direct contact with contaminating particles.
