Pressure Sensors

Implementing pressure monitoring in compressed air and gas systems offers substantial benefits in terms of energy efficiency. The majority of machines operate effectively with compressed air below 6 bar overpressure, and only a limited number truly necessitate higher pressures. By reducing the nominal pressure, both power consumption and leakage losses can be minimized, leading to an extended lifespan for the compressor. Even a modest reduction of just 1 bar in the nominal pressure can result in electricity savings ranging from 6% to 8%.
